昌暉儀表在本文通過閱讀TüV頒發(fā)給德國WIKA溫度變送器的FS證書，讓儀表人看懂FS證書的奧秘。
隨著116號文件的發(fā)布，很多儀表人在面對SIS系統(tǒng)的時候很茫然，對于我們SIS系統(tǒng)要不要全部使用經(jīng)過認證的儀表，很難把握，在現(xiàn)場中有一個經(jīng)驗值，61511中也對這塊有提及，但是目前我們做SIS都會采用SILn這個是有原因的(責(zé)任)。
我們看到的是TüV頒發(fā)給WIKA溫度變送器的FS證書，證書是雙語，格式如下：
1、在最頂部，我們會看到認證機構(gòu)的標識。
2、第二行右側(cè)是證書編號Nr./No.
3、我們來看FS證書框中的第一部分：
Prüfgegenstand或Product tested，分別用德文和英文表示測試的產(chǎn)品是什么
這里測試的產(chǎn)品是Temperatur Transmitter(溫度變送器)
Zertifikatsinhaber或Certificate holder(證書持有者)這里我們看到是WIKA。
4、FS證書框中的第二部分：
Typbezeichnung或Type designation(類型名稱)：T32.1S (Head Mounting頂部安裝)和T32.3S (Rail Mounting導(dǎo)軌安裝)；
Hersteller Manufacturer(制造商)：wie Zertifikatsinhaber see certificate holder(見證書持有者，這個已經(jīng)在第一部分明確了)。
5、FS證書框中的第三部分：
Prüfgrundlagen Codes and standards forming the basis of testing(測試的標準依據(jù))：IEC 61508 Parts1-7:2010；IEC 61511-1:2003+Corr. 1:2004 (in extracts)
6、FS證書框中的第四部分(重點部分)：
Bestimmungsgem??e Verwendung或Intended application(預(yù)期用途)：
(德語)Die Temperatur Transmitter erfüllen die Anforderungen der Prüfgrundlagen (Hardware Sicherheitsintegrit?t SIL2 und systematische Eignung SIL3 nach IEC61508) und k?nnen in Anwendungen bis SIL2 (HFT=0) bzw. SIL3 (HFT=1) nach IEC61508 bei einer Messgenauigkeit von 2% eingesetzt werden.
(英語)The temperature transmitter comply with the requirements of the relevant standards (Hardware safety integrity SIL2 and systematic capability SIL3 acc. to IEC61508) and can be used in applications up to SIL2 (HFT=0) resp. SIL3 (HFT=1) acc. to IEC61508 at a measurement accuracy of 2%.
我們來直接看一下英文的意思：
溫度變送器符合相關(guān)標準的要求(根據(jù)IEC61508，硬件安全完整性SIL2和SIL3系統(tǒng)的能力)，依據(jù)IEC61508在2%的測量精度可達到SIL2(HFT=0)或SIL3(HFT=1)。
這里我們要注意SIL2(HFT=0)或SIL3(HFT=1)。這是什么含義呢？
HFT：Hardware fault tolerance
在IEC 61511-2016中“11.4.1 The SIS shall have a minimum HFT with respect to each SIF it implements.(NOTE This does not exclude the possibility that the HFT may be reduced below the minimum requirement at certain times during operation of the system following the occurrence of faults.)”[SIS對實施的每個SIF應(yīng)具有最小的HFT]
“11.4.5 The minimum HFT for a SIS (or its SIS subsystems) implementing a SIF of a specified SIL shall be in accordance with Table 6 and if appropriate 11.4.6 and 11.4.7.
(NOTE The HFT requirements in Table 6 represent the minimum system or, where relevant, the SIS subsystem redundancy. Depending on the application, device failure rate and proof-testing interval, additional redundancy can be required to satisfy the failure measure for the SIL of the SIF according to 11.9. )”[SIS(或其子系統(tǒng))執(zhí)行指定SIL的SIF的最低HFT應(yīng)符合表6以及適用于11.4.6和11.4.7]
HFT與SIL關(guān)系
我們根據(jù)Table6能更好的理解證書中“SIL2(HFT=0)或SIL3(HFT=1)”，當裕度為0時，是SIL2(低要求模式)；當裕度為1時，是SIL3(高要求模式或連續(xù)模式)。Eg:1oo2\2oo3，這種構(gòu)架HFT=1.
7、FS證書框中的第五部分：
BesondereBedingungen或Specific requirements（特殊要求）：
(德語)Die Hinweise in der zugeh?rigen Betriebsanleitung und des Sicherheitshandbuches sind zu beachten.
(英語)The instructions of the associated Operating and Safety Manual shall be considered.這段話的意思是必須遵守相關(guān)的操作說明和安全手冊中的說明。
8、FS證書框中的第六部分：
Dieses Zertifikat ist gültig bis 02.06.2019.或This certificate is valid until 2019-06-02.
該證書的有效期至2019-06-02
下來是對這個證書的來源做說明：
(德語)Der Ausstellung dieses Zertifikates liegt eine Prüfung zugrunde, deren Ergebnisse im Bericht-Nr. 968/EL 632.02/14 vom 02.06.2014 dokumentiert sind.
Dieses Zertifikat ist nur gültig für Erzeugnisse, die mit dem Prüfgegenstand übereinstimmen. Es wird ungültig bei jeglicher ?nderung der Prüfgrundlagen für den angegebenen Verwendungszweck.
(英語)The issue of this certificate is based upon an examination, whose results are documented in report-no.: 968/EL 632.02/14 dated 2014-06-02.
This certificate is valid only for products which are identical with the product tested. It becomes invalid at any change of the codes and standards forming the basis of testing for the intended application.
這段話的含義是：這個證書是基于一個測試，其測試結(jié)果記錄在2014-06-02的報告中，報告編號：968/EL 632.02/14。
這個證書僅對測試產(chǎn)品有效，當型號和標準發(fā)生變化時，它就成為對預(yù)期應(yīng)用程序進行測試的基礎(chǔ)。

從左至右，分別是證書的時間、FS產(chǎn)品認證機構(gòu)、簽名。
